Most of the cases are usually discovered intraoperative, because&nbsp; pre-operative diagnosis may be a challenges &nbsp;as patients can present with&nbsp; symptoms mimicking &nbsp;biliary colic. ultrasonographic diagnosis in majority of cases may be misleading. We report a first case of&nbsp; agenesis of the gallbladder and absences of&nbsp; extrahepatic biliary system.</p> ER -
