Abstract
Postoperative (pressure) alopecia (PPA) is a very rare complication, well known by cardiologic surgeons and plasticiens. PPA localized in head rest fixation pointes is exceptionally reported by neurosurgeons.
To report a case of PPA localized at head rest fixation pointes.
