Publication Charges
Journal is a self supporting organization and does not receive funding from any government institution/organization. Hence, the operation of the journal is solely financed by the publication fees of the authors. The processing fee is in order to meet the expenses like Publication of manuscript, Review of manuscript, Courier Services, Internet Services and many more. So, in order to get the cost of Publication, the author, Institution or agency pay a modest fee to help cover the actual cost of the essential final step of publication.
There is no charge to submit paper, but publishing a paper in JMRHS requires Paper Processing Charges. Publication Charges includes DOI Charge, Typesetting, Publishing and Listing the papers in the SEARCH Digital Library, and administrative expense.
Submission fee: The journal didn’t charges any fees on submission of manuscript.
Journal of Medical Research and Health Sciences (JMRHS) is an Open Access Journal. To partly cover the publication costs Journal of Medical Research and Health Sciences charge an article publication charge (APC). However, Journal of Medical Research and Health Sciences don't charge article submission charges for considering the article for double blind peer review process.
The Article publication charge is USD 600 per article. APC has to be paid only after submitted paper is accepted for publishing.
Discounts and Waivers:
Journal of Medical Research and Health Sciences (JMRHS)) APC waivers or discounts will be considered to authors from developing countries on the Waivers and Discounts. Eligible Author should submit a waiver or discount request during the submission of their article via separate email to the Editor of the Journal. The final decision on the APC waiver or discount level is with the Editor-In-Chief based on several evaluating factors (for Example: Quality of the research article, Professional status of the authors, impact of the research work to the society etc.).
Automatic waivers will only be applied if the corresponding author requests a waiver at the payment step during article submission.

APC Refund Policy:
Journal of Medical Research and Health Sciences will refund an article processing charge (APC) if an error on CMI part has resulted in a failure to publish an article under the Volume & Issue in which the article has been accepted for publication. This may include the failure to make an article openly available on the journal platform. A refund will only be offered if these errors have not been corrected within 60 days after the error has been brought to JMRHS attention via email communication to the Chief Managing Editor.
If you become aware of an error in the open access status or licensing of your article, please contact the Chief Managing Editor immediately.
APCs will not be refunded when articles are retracted as a result of author error or misconduct.
Payment of publication charges:
When submitting an article to a Journal of Medical Research and Health Sciences, the submitting author must agree to pay the article publication charge minus any eligible discount (or request a waiver). After acceptance the article will enter the production cycle and the author will be intimated to pay the Article publication charge for the journal minus any eligible discount. When final formatting corrections are made and the author approves their article for publication, payment of the Article publication charge must be received by IJMHS before the article will be published online.
Payment can be made by any of the following methods:
- Credit card- payment can be made online using a secure payment form as soon as the manuscript has been editorially accepted. We will we send a receipt by email once payment has been processed.
- PAYPAL Invoice- payment is due within 30 days of the manuscript receiving editorial acceptance. Receipts are available on request.
Prompt payment is advised, as the article will not be published until payment is received.
- All the submitted papers will be published only after successful payment of publishing charges.
